Bappenas in collaboration with the World Bank again offer scholarships Scholarship Program for Reforming the Institution sthrengthening (SPIRIT) 2013 intake. In this regard, the National Development Planning Agency expects each Participating Agency (PA) can submit candidates who have passed the selection criteria for the administration. Selection of Academic Potential Test (TPA) is planned on 10 April 2012 and the Test of English (TOEFL) dated 11 April 2012. Detailed information on SPIRIT scholarships attached.Terms and completeness are required to follow the scholarship are as follows:
a. Proposed by the unit concerned;
b. Not being megikuti / S2 has a bachelor of education;
c. Minimum period of employment (as PNS 100%): 2 years;
d. At the time of registration was not more than 41 years;
e. Minimum GPA of 2.75;
f. Year of graduation from S1/S2: 2 years;
g. Attach the following documents:

A. Attached registration form;
2. Copy of diploma and transcripts of S1 and S2 which has been legalized (2 sheets);
3. Copy appointment of civil servants or SK SK hike last group which has been legalized;
4. Letter of recommendation from immediate supervisor at least echelon II
